Returns

We do accept returns of new, unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the package. If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be returned to the original address linked to the order. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect. If a product is out of stock or purchased at a discounted price, an exchange for a new item may be offered. You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know when the refund has been issued.

Your return will be refunded in form of store credit, only, that never expires.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Trip Cancellation Policy: Trip cancellations need to be received in writing to Off the Grid Therapy at a minimum of 30 days before the trip date; the total amount received (deposit or full payment) will then be held as credit towards any future trips within 1 year from that date. The credit expires 1 year after issued. Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to Off The Grid Therapy within 29 or less days notice before the trip start date will forfeit their deposit and any balance payments as a cancellation fee.

If Off The Grid Therapy has to cancel a trip due to conditions beyond our control including but not limited to weather, fires, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters or any unforeseen emergencies, you will then be credited the full balance and therefore no payment for another trip in the future is necessary, or you can choose to have a full refund of the amount paid.

No refunds will be provided for any reason for an unused portion of a trip once the trip begins, including if you leave a trip for any reason or have to be removed from a trip. The trip price is a package cost and refunds and credits are not available for services not used.
